MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Yankton, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity, ensuring access to tailored weight management solutions that suit individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of supportive services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have struggled despite previous efforts.
