A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, proudly serves the families of Chattanooga and all 36 counties within the Knoxville Diocese. We are dedicated to guiding families through the adoption process with compassion and support. Our program offers essential services including options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal and nutrition education, as well as postnatal care education. We believe that every child deserves a loving home, and our mission is to provide the resources and guidance necessary to make successful adoptions a reality for families in our community.
