Located in Columbia, TN, Congregate Meals is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through daily meal services and nutrition education. Our program offers nutritious congregate meals on weekdays and select weekends, ensuring that each meal meets one-third of the Required Dietary Allowance. In addition to delicious meals, we provide exercise activities and opportunities for socialization, creating a supportive environment that fosters health and connection. Transportation is available for those in need, and we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy a meal, regardless of their ability to pay; contributions are welcomed to help sustain our mission.
