Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Dayton, TN

About Meal Support Program

Located in Dayton, TN, the Meal Support Program provides vital, free meal support services tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program focuses on creating a welcoming environment where participants can safely engage in live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering connection while consuming nutritious meals. We offer meal support four times a day, including two sessions for lunch and two for dinner, allowing individuals to choose participation times that best fit their daily schedules. Each session is expertly facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that attendees receive compassionate, informed support during their recovery journey. While we prioritize meal support, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service—individuals in crisis should reach out to designated emergency resources. Join us in nurturing your health and well-being through communal meals and understanding.
