Based in Dickson, TN, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, managed by the Allegheny Mountain Institute, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food equity. This fellowship offers a comprehensive program focused on organic food systems education, enabling Fellows to transform into informed advocates for socially, environmentally, and economically just food systems. Participants engage in hands-on training at the Allegheny Farm, where they gain experience by growing and distributing a variety of crops, leading health-focused educational sessions, managing community gardens, and integrating food literacy into local curricula.
