MOVE! Weight Management Program in Erwin, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that accommodate their individual preferences and needs. We offer a variety of support options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, allowing Veterans to manage their weight at their own pace. Additionally, for individuals who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
