OPTIONS for Community Living, located in Fayetteville, TN, is a dedicated program aimed at enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals and adults with disabilities who are not eligible for the CHOICES program. Our mission is to empower individuals by offering a variety of home- and community-based services tailored to their unique needs. We provide essential services including home-delivered nutritious meals, personal care assistance, homemaker services, and comprehensive case management to ensure that every participant receives the support they deserve. With no income eligibility requirement, we operate on a sliding fee scale based on income to ensure accessibility for all.
