MOVE! Weight Management Program in Gallatin, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by conducting annual obesity screenings and connecting them to personalized weight management options that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of care services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach.
