MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Greeneville, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities for obesity, providing personalized referrals to tailored weight management services, and offering a variety of treatment options that align with the unique needs and preferences of our Veterans. We provide a comprehensive suite of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer an independent approach to weight loss.
