A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families throughout the adoption journey across all 36 counties in the Knoxville Diocese, including Jamestown. Our comprehensive services include options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal education, nutrition education, and postnatal care education.
