About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Jamestown, TN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are in the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can share nutritious meals accompanied by compassionate guidance. We conduct meal support sessions four times daily, split into two lunchtime and two dinnertime slots, allowing flexibility for individuals to attend based on their schedules. Each meal support session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are advancing toward their CNS certification. It’s important to note that while we offer vital meal support as part of the recovery journey, we do not provide crisis intervention; for immediate support, please text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
