MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in La Follette, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission centers on annually screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they access tailored treatment options that align with their unique needs and preferences. Participants can choose from a variety of care options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. Veterans who prefer to manage their weight independently can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For those facing ongoing challenges with weight management, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
