Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Lafayette, TN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Lafayette, TN, is dedicated to providing compassionate and inclusive meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed virtual group meal sessions held four times daily, allowing participants to eat together in a supportive, safe environment. Guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our meal support sessions focus on fostering community and connection as individuals consume nutritious meals. Once enrolled, participants can attend as many sessions as their schedule allows, giving them the flexibility to integrate support into their recovery journey. While we focus on meal support and community, please note that we do not serve as a crisis intervention program. For immediate crisis assistance, we encourage individuals to text HEALING to 741741 or call emergency services.
