Located in Lenoir City, TN, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to empowering individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where participants can join live, facilitated, virtual group meals designed specifically for outpatient care. With meal support sessions offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can integrate these sessions into their schedules as needed. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring that every participant receives knowledgeable support during their meal. While this program focuses on meal assistance and supportive community, it is not intended for crisis situations; for immediate help, we encourage contacting crisis services directly.
