Located in Lewisburg, TN, Congregate Meals is dedicated to providing nutritious meals and essential support services to those in need. Our program offers daily meals on weekdays, with some locations extending services into the weekend, ensuring every participant receives one-third of the Required Dietary Allowance. Additionally, we promote overall wellness through nutrition education, exercise activities, and opportunities for social engagement. We believe in accessibility and inclusivity; therefore, transportation is offered to those needing assistance, and no one is turned away due to inability to pay, although contributions are appreciated.
