OPTIONS for Community Living serves the Lewisburg, TN area by providing essential home- and community-based services for elderly individuals and adults with disabilities who do not qualify for the CHOICES program. Our dedicated team offers a range of support, including home-delivered nutritious meals, personal care, homemaker services, and case management tailored to meet individual needs. We understand the urgency of care, which is why our intake process is designed to quickly assess eligibility through an Intake Form, followed by personalized in-home visits from our case management staff.
