A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families throughout the adoption journey across the 36 counties of the Knoxville Diocese, including Loudon, TN. Our mission is to empower hopeful parents with comprehensive adoption information and services, including options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal education, nutrition guidance, and postnatal care education.
