MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Millington, TN, is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by annually screening for obesity and providing tailored referrals to various weight management options, ensuring we meet individual needs and preferences. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
