MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mountain City, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to personalized weight management resources that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring all other avenues.
