MOVE! Weight Management Program in Sevierville, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored solutions that prioritize their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of engaging weight management options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
