MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Soddy Daisy, TN, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity each year and connect them with personalized weight management solutions that cater to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contacts. For those who prefer independent management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is an excellent resource. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans experiencing ongoing challenges with weight management.
