A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families throughout the adoption journey across all 36 counties in the Knoxville Diocese, including Sweetwater, TN. Our mission is to provide compassionate guidance through options counseling, financial assistance, and comprehensive education, including prenatal and nutrition education, as well as postnatal care guidance. We are here to empower families with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate the adoption process with confidence and care.
