Located in Tullahoma, TN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management solutions that fit their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and support. Veterans who prefer a more independent approach can use the MOVE! Coach mobile app to manage their weight. For those who may need additional assistance, our program also includes weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges after engaging with our initial offerings.
