The Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) in Allen, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of vulnerable families, including pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and young children at risk for nutrition-related health issues. To be eligible, applicants must meet certain income guidelines and demonstrate nutritional risk; participation is open to mothers and guardians of children under age five.
