The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Arlington, TX, is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families with limited income through essential nutrition education and food safety training. Our engaging classes cover important topics such as basic nutrition, budget-friendly shopping, simple meal preparation, and food safety, with a strong emphasis on increasing physical activity.
