I’m Jeremy Collins, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Austin, Texas. I work with people who want to understand their stress patterns, improve emotional regulation, and respond more effectively when life, relationships, attention, anxiety, or depression start to feel overwhelming. My style is cognitive-behavioral, eclectic, mindfulness-informed, integrative, and practical. I help clients slow things down enough to notice what is happening underneath the surface: what triggers stress, what the mind does next, what patterns repeat, and what actually helps them feel grounded again. I have experience supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, rejection sensitivity, life transitions, and self-understanding. I also have a background in EEG biofeedback/neurofeedback-informed work, and I provide emotional support animal documentation when clinically appropriate. My goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where therapy feels useful, honest, and connected to real life.
