The program features a three-phase approach designed to gradually increase independence while maintaining accountability. Throughout each phase, residents must follow curfew rules, attend 12-Step meetings, complete household responsibilities, and maintain employment. An on-site house manager provides personalized support and helps cultivate a strong sense of community among residents. The living accommodations balance shared spaces with personal privacy, featuring shared bedrooms equipped with individual safes and small refrigerators for personal items.
