Better Living for Texans (BLT) is dedicated to empowering adults and children in Frisco, TX, who are SNAP participants and eligible individuals, with essential nutrition education. Our program focuses on helping community members prepare healthy meals, enhance their physical fitness, and make the most of their grocery budgets. Additionally, we provide guidance on growing personal food and instilling better food safety habits.
