Located in Frisco, TX, the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus serves as a vital resource for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, offering a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet their unique needs. Our programs include a food pantry and a weekday hot meals initiative that ensure access to nutritious food assistance. We provide vital case management to guide clients through North Texas' healthcare and support systems, along with medical case management, health insurance premium assistance, oral health care, and HIV education. In addition, we offer essential services such as housing support, substance abuse treatment, legal assistance, health counseling, and empowerment through support groups. At our center, we believe in inclusivity and welcome all individuals regardless of age, race, religion, or financial status. Potential clients can establish eligibility for our services by completing an intake session at our Client Services office, with renewals required every six months.
