Located in Galveston, TX, Basic-Needs Assistance, a program of the Society of St. Vincent, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing urgent challenges through essential services. Our mission is to alleviate immediate hardships with food assistance, including access to our food pantry, along with clothing and furniture vouchers to bring comfort and stability to those in need. We also offer financial aid for rent and utilities, as well as disaster response resources to help our community recover from unexpected crises. Through compassionate service and emotional support, we strive to empower those we assist, ensuring everyone has the basic necessities for a better tomorrow.
