The Meal Support Program in Galveston, TX, is dedicated to providing accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can practice nourishing themselves with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from our Clinician’s Incubator program. Offering sessions four times a day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, we empower individuals to join as their schedules allow, ensuring they receive the vital support needed during their recovery journey. While we focus on nurturing wellness through meal support, we do not serve as an urgent care or crisis intervention service.
