Weekend Food Packs in Georgetown, TX, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing essential nonperishable food items to children in grades K through 12 across all 17 schools in the Georgetown Independent School District. Our program ensures that students who rely on school meals do not go hungry over the weekends, offering support during the 40-week school year. We serve any child whose family meets the income criteria for the free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch programs, making a vital impact on their well-being and helping to supplement their family's food supply. Together, we strive to create a community where every child has access to nutritious food, because no child should face hunger.
