MOVE! Weight Management Program in Humble, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring that those in need are connected to tailored weight management services that align with their personal goals and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to help manage weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals with our program.
