At the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus in Irving, TX, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our welcoming one-stop facility offers essential services including a food pantry and a hot meals program, ensuring access to nutritious meals. We also provide case management to help clients navigate the various care and support resources available throughout North Texas. Our range of services includes medical case management, health insurance premium assistance, oral health care, HIV education, health counseling, legal services, childcare, housing support, substance abuse treatment, and empowerment through support groups. We believe in serving all individuals without discrimination based on age, race, gender, or financial situation. Potential clients can begin their journey with us by completing an intake session to determine eligibility for our vital services, which must be renewed every six months.
