The Country Wheels Program in Kyle, TX, is dedicated to delivering seven frozen meals once a week to seniors residing in remote areas across seven counties, including Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, the I-35 corridor, and The Village of Bear Creek in Hays, Lee, NE and SE Travis, and Williamson Counties. Our mission is to ensure that those who might otherwise struggle to access nutritious meals receive essential food assistance through tailored meal delivery solutions. Each individual seeking our services will be evaluated by a caring case manager to confirm eligibility, and we offer short-term support for those with temporary meal needs. We are committed to adapting our services to prioritize the health and safety of our clients and volunteers, especially during these challenging times. While we are currently focusing on our existing clients due to COVID-19, we encourage non-clients to contact 2-1-1 for additional food resources in the community.
