Located in Laredo, TX, the South Texas Food Bank Adopt-A-Family Program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families in need. By allowing compassionate individuals and organizations to sponsor families, we ensure that they receive between 40 to 100 pounds of vital food supplies, including fresh produce, canned and dry goods, meat, bread, and beverages like water and juices. Our mission is to help meet the basic nutritional needs of families struggling to make ends meet, offering a lifeline to those facing food insecurity. To participate in this impactful program, families must meet one of our eligibility requirements, ensuring that we deliver support to those who need it most.
