The Meal Support Program in Laredo, TX, is dedicated to providing compassionate, informed support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers free, virtual meal support sessions, creating a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy meals alongside peers and professionals. With four session times each day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can fit meal support into their daily routines as needed. Led by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions not only focus on nutrition but also foster a sense of community and understanding.
