Participants will engage with six informative e-booklets designed to enhance their understanding of diabetes management, complemented by a monthly e-newsletter in both English and Spanish that provides seasonal tips and local community event information. Those who enroll and provide their phone number can join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can connect directly with ADA experts to address diabetes-related concerns, discover vital links between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways.
