Located in Magnolia, TX, the Transitional Living Services Program by Angel Reach is dedicated to providing a supportive and structured environment for youth aged 18-24 who are transitioning out of foster care or facing the threat of homelessness. Our comprehensive 4-year program is designed to empower young individuals by offering essential services that include safe housing, food assistance, clothing, and personalized educational support. We focus on equipping participants with critical life skills such as GED preparation, employment coaching, and counseling—both individual and group formats. Our thoughtful approach also emphasizes mentorship, teaching vital skills like meal preparation, transportation access, and driver education, fostering independence and confidence.
