Located in Mesquite, TX, the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus serves as a vital resource for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, offering a comprehensive range of essential services designed to meet their unique needs. Our dedicated facility provides nutritious meals through our hot meals program and food pantry, ensuring access to emergency food assistance for those in need. We also offer case management services that help clients navigate the healthcare and support systems available throughout North Texas. Our offerings include medical case management, health insurance premium and medication co-pay assistance, oral health care, HIV education, health counseling, legal services, childcare, housing support, substance abuse treatment, and empowering support groups. We stand firmly committed to serving our clients with compassion and without discrimination, providing services regardless of age, race, gender, or financial situation. To access services for the first time, potential clients are encouraged to complete an intake session for eligibility establishment, which is renewed semi-annually for continued support.
