Meals on Wheels in Pasadena, TX, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to homebound seniors aged 60 and over in Houston and surrounding areas. Our mission is to deliver hot, nutritionally balanced meals directly to the doors of those in need, throughout the week from Monday to Friday, excluding approved holidays. Each participant's eligibility is determined through an initial assessment conducted by a YWCA Houston Intake Specialist, with annual assessments ensuring continued support.
