At the heart of Richardson, TX, the Emergency Services Program, an initiative of Network of Community Ministries, is dedicated to addressing urgent human needs with compassion and practical support. Our mission is to empower individuals on their path to self-sufficiency by providing critical resources such as emergency food assistance, a fully stocked food pantry, and a clothing closet. In addition, we offer help with utility payments to ensure that families in crisis can stabilize their living situation. We believe in the strength of community and are here to provide immediate assistance to those in need, fostering hope and resilience in our neighbors.
