The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Richardson, TX, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families with limited incomes through essential education on nutrition and food safety. Our classes, offered in both English and Spanish, cover vital topics such as basic nutrition, budget-friendly shopping, simple food preparation, and the importance of physical activity, all delivered through engaging, hands-on activities.
