Current and Former Foster Youth Resources is dedicated to supporting foster youth and those transitioning out of the system in San Antonio, TX. Our mission is to empower young individuals by providing essential services that foster their independence and personal growth. We connect youth with caring adult mentors who offer guidance and a supportive listening ear, ensuring they have the emotional support they need. Our programs include free semester bus passes to ease transportation challenges, complimentary cell phones with service to stay connected with mentors and important resources, and access to vital services for housing, education, and employment. Additionally, we provide necessary supplies for housing to help young adults settle into their new homes. At Current and Former Foster Youth Resources, we are committed to nurturing resilience and self-sufficiency in every young person we serve.
