Located in Southlake, Texas—approximately 30 miles from Dallas and 25 miles from Fort Worth—the center provides two levels of care: a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) where clients attend five-hour sessions five days weekly, and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) consisting of three-hour sessions four days weekly.
