Based in Tyler, TX, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by actively screening for obesity and providing tailored referral options to a range of services that meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those who need additional assistance, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
