The Meal Support Program in Waco, TX, is dedicated to providing compassionate meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. We offer free, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment where participants can connect and enjoy nutritious food while receiving vital support. With meal support sessions held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily find times that fit their schedules for consistent attendance. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from our Clinician’s Incubator training program, all of whom are actively working towards their CNS certification.
