Cooking Matters for Families in Weatherford, TX is dedicated to empowering families with the skills and knowledge to create healthy and budget-friendly meals together. Aimed at school-age children, ages 6 to 12, and their parents, our programs emphasize the value of teamwork in the kitchen. Through hands-on cooking experiences, families learn to plan and prepare nutritious meals while discovering new foods that children are eager to taste. Each participating family leaves with a bag of groceries, enabling them to recreate the healthy recipes at home. Join us to build a healthier future for your family and enjoy the benefits of cooking together while having fun.
