MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Alpine, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and provided with tailored options to meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE!
