Meal Support Program

Project HEAL American Fork, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in American Fork, UT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically tailored for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming environment where individuals can gather to eat and connect with others in recovery. With sessions scheduled four times a day—featuring two lunch and two dinner opportunities—participants can choose to attend as often as their schedule allows. Each meal support session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that everyone receives expert support during their meal. While our program emphasizes nutrition and community, it is important to note that we do not offer crisis intervention services. For urgent support, we recommend reaching out to professional crisis hotlines.
